About Us

FCPG Services, LLC, an affiliate of First Capital Property Group, is THE Local and Trusted provider of Real Estate Asset Recovery Services in Central Florida. Our team specializes in the discovery and recovery of lost and unclaimed assets related to real estate.

If you are entitled to make a claim, FCPG Services will provide you personal and direct contact with Chuck Mitchell, a Florida Real Estate Broker, Investor, and Owner for over 27 years; whose local knowledge and expertise in Business and Real Estate make the claims process simple and easy to understand. Payment Timeline

The claims process can be a lengthy affair. There are a number of reasons why a claim may be delayed. Competing claims, legal issues,or the need to supply additional documents can substantially slow the process. It's also important to know that in most cases there are no laws governing how quickly holder or trustees must pay claims, allowing them to invest and gain interest on the funds. With little or no incentive to release those funds, many claims can take several months or longer to complete.

To help relieve some of our client's financial pressures during their wait, we offer two claims payment programs.

Contingency Program

FCPG will work on a Contingency basis, getting paid a percentage of the amount successfully collected.

• We provide the information and expertise on a contingency basis 
• We do all the work and cover any expenses required for the claim to be paid 
• There are no up-front fees 
• When your claim has been paid, only then will we be paid 
• You are not obligated to compensate FCPG Services, LLC in any manner if the money is not collected on your behalf

Paid Today Program

To meet the various financial needs of our clients, FCPG Services’ “Paid Today” Program may better fit your needs by offering you cash immediately. You receive a lump-sum payment in exchange for assigning your claim rights to FCPG Services, LLC. Tell us your needs and allow us to customize a program that will work for you.

With this option, the process will be fast and simple - and you'll get paid in seven to ten business days. We handle all of the paperwork, pay you immediately and assume all of the risk. Should the claim be denied, you will still owe us nothing.
