Karen Frankos has more than 30 years of experience in real estate management. As a Property Manager with First Capital Property Group, Karen Frankos manages a mixed-use portfolio which includes Homeowner Associations, Condominium Associations and Retail Shopping Centers.

A Florida resident for nearly 36 years, she started her professional career as a Real Estate Agent in Lee County Florida which developed into a change to residential marketing of condominiums and advanced to the management of 1,500 seasonal and annual rental properties. Mrs. Frankos held several roles in real estate including positions with Lehigh Corporation, VIP Realty, Southwood Realty, Landings Realty and Realty World Florida prior to joining First Capital Property Group in 2002. 

Karen Frankos manages all aspects of daily property management which is comprised of responsibilities for monthly financial reports, accounts receivable, contract services, invoice adjustments, delinquent account collection, and preparation of annual budgets. Her experience also includes strong project management skills and tenant improvement build-outs and capital renovations. 

Karen Frankos was recognized as the Associate of the Year by First Capital Property Group, Inc. for 2004 and 2006.
