Related Experience A Florida resident for 21 years, she started her professional career as an Assistant Property Manager for Tower Realty and rapidly progressed to higher level property management positions. Mrs. Alves held several roles in commercial real estate including positions with Trammell Crow, CB Richard Ellis, and Madison Marquette where she shared in the management of over one million square feet of retail, office, and industrial space. Alves manages all aspects of daily property management which comprise responsibilities for monthly financial reports, accounts receivable, contract services, invoice adjustments, delinquent account collection, and preparation of annual budgets. Her experience also includes strong project management skills for tenant improvement build-outs and capital renovations.
