Nicholas A. Fouraker

Company Experience

Nicholas began his real estate career in 2007 in Orlando, Florida.  In 2008, he joined the ranks of the corporate real estate world at Colliers Arnold, initially specializing in landlord and tenant representation of office properties.

Nicholas joined First Capital Property Group in 2009, broadening into additional services such as lease renewal negotiations, strategic analysis for lease vs. own, new lease or purchase negotiations, office disposition, and sublease representation. This versatility allows the client to have the best vantage point for making the most informedreal estate decisions.

Nicholas' educational background in finance allows him to serve clients effectively by illuminating the economic realities of a prospective deal so that all options are presented.
